Danielle

Spa Supervisor

Danielle began her career in the medical field in 2015 at Accents Cosmetic Surgery & Medical Spa. Aside from offering exceptional customer service to every patient, she also possesses strong communication skills, a welcoming demeanor, and is very kind & compassionate. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations in the office, social media and marketing, event coordinating and ensuring all patients and staff are well taken care of.

Danielle highly recommends the Microneedling with PRP, along with chemical peels to ensure a long lasting, youthful appearance. In less than a year, these treatments have made a tremendous transformation on her complexion, resulting in smoother & softer looking skin.

Danielle resides in Macomb Township with her husband, three daughters, and two puppies.

Alisha May

RN, Nurse Injector

Alisha brings over 12 years of nursing experience to Accents Cosmetic Surgery. Her background includes pediatric care, surgical nursing, and several years in nursing management, giving her a strong clinical foundation and deep understanding of patient safety and comfort prior to finding her passion in aesthetics. She loves helping clients feel confident by enhancing their natural beauty and has a special love for creating beautiful, balanced lip enhancements.

Alisha also enjoys guiding patients through weight management journeys and educating them on vitamin therapies that support overall wellness. Alisha carries injectable certifications through prestigious companies including Allergan, AMET and Elite. She enjoys continuing education and keeping up with the latest injection techniques and biotherapies. Outside the clinic, Alisha loves spending time with her pup and family and caring for her growing collection of houseplants.

Mei Lerner

Master Aesthetic Injector

Mei Lerner is a board-certified Registered Nurse in the state of Michigan. She graduated summa cum laude from Eastern Michigan University with a BS in Nursing.

Prior to following her interest in skin care, Mei worked in patient critical care at Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak, and gastroenterology at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit.

Mei completed her Advanced Training in Dermatology certificate at CoreMedSource, CE accredited by Creighton University. Omaha, NE.

Mei is also certified by the National Laser Institute (NLI) in BOTOX®, Dysport®, Xeomin, Jeuveau; Fillers: Restylane®, Perlane®, Juvederm®, Restylane Lyft®, and off label uses; Fillers with Advanced Injectable Techniques with Voluma®; VelaShape® & CoolSculpting® body contouring; Platelet-rich plasma (PRP), platelet-rich fibrin (PRF), O-Shot and Microneedling in conjunction with PRP; Sclerotherapy; PDO Threads and Kybella®.

Mei is also certified by the NLI in Laser Photofacials, Skin Tightening, Laser Tattoo Removal, RF Skin Rejuvenation, Fractional Non-ablative and Ablative Skin Resurfacing, Vein reduction, and IPL & diode laser hair reduction.

Mei speaks mainland Chinese and is particularly skilled in the best practices and treatment plans for enhancing ethnic skin beauty. She loves working with her clients to achieve their skin care goals. Mei

Jessica

Medical Assistant

Jessica has been in the Medical field for the past 7 years. She works in our practice as our Medical Assistant. She also works alongside of our P.A. LaTonya Millben and assists her in Dermatology and spa procedures. Jessica has a genuine passion for the patients and Dermatology. At a very young age Jessica suffered from a number of skin conditions. Living with these conditions makes it personal and natural to empathize with patients. Jessica also stresses the importance of compassion and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
The VI Peel is one of Jessica’s favorite procedures. The peel is very aggressive and the only peel that is safe for hands, neck, chest and the eye area. Personally using it, Jessica knows first-hand how well the VI Peel stimulates collagen growth for an over-all younger more youthful look with minimal up keep.

Maria

Patient Care Coordinator

Maria has been dedicated to the aesthetic industry for the past 21 years and with Accents Cosmetic Surgery for the past 15 years. Maria brings with her an extensive background of knowledge in medical skin care services and cosmeceutical products. Maria is the spa's surgical coordinator for all facial surgeries and hair restoration procedures. Her passion for the medical / aesthetics industry and patient satisfaction is a perfect match for this professional, innovative, and cutting-edge practice. Being the Patient Advocate, she helps the clients coordinate surgeries and gives them all the information they need to know. She will be there to answer any questions you may have before and after your procedure, ensuring that your experience at Accents is positive and enjoyable!

Maria’s favorite procedure is Hair Restoration. Seeing patients struggle with hair loss is heartbreaking, but knowing the transformation that can happen in just 1 day is overwhelming. Maria grew up in New Baltimore, MI, and continues to reside with her husband and 3 beautiful children, Julia, Nina, and Michael.

Lana

Front Desk Concierge

Lana worked in the cosmetic beauty industry for 15 years before beginning her career in the medical field in 2016. She takes pride in her daily work by welcoming incoming patients with a warm and friendly smile, answering patient calls, and scheduling appointments.

Lana’s favorite treatment is the Hydrafacial. She loves it because it creates an instant, gratifying glow.

She currently resides in Rochester Hills with her 9-year-old son.

Olivia

Aesthetician

With over 10 years of hands-on experience and a genuine passion for skincare, Olivia brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to our clinic. She offers a comprehensive range of advanced treatments including dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, IPL, laser therapies, body contouring, and more.
